Ka Yee Court is a bespoke interior design project that embodies an industrial aesthetic, featuring raw red brick textures, exposed elements, and curated material selections that create a rugged yet sophisticated ambiance. The design is shaped around the client's passion for car toy collecting, integrating a custom-built LED display wall as the focal point of the main living space.

To achieve an authentic industrial look, the material palette consists of exposed red bricks, metal fixtures, and raw wood finishes. Carefully selected accessories, such as vintage-inspired cabinet handles and filament light bulbs, enhance the rustic charm while maintaining functionality.
