Main Contracting, Commercial Fit-Out & Technical Execution

JL Meta Spatial Design delivered the full-scope main contracting and commercial fit-out for SIA Jewelry Boutique in Hong Kong, transforming complex organic geometries into a precision-engineered commercial environment. Our team managed every aspect of structural execution, specialized material handling, and technical site management.

The project called for specialized plasterwork, featuring hand-finished textured micro-cement across the exterior facade, fluid interior wall profiles, and wave-contoured feature paneling. Precise ceiling framing enabled the fabrication of multi-tiered concentric curved ceiling layers, seamlessly embedding concealed LED cove lighting into the architectural curves. The interior fit-out further demanded meticulous structural handling for heavy, custom-carved travertine island counters and pedestals. This was complemented by bespoke curved cabinetry, flush-mounted glass display showcases with micro-spotlighting, and custom bronze-framed architectural glazing engineered for high-end retail performance.
